The Çınar Residence, a 2,100 m² residential project located in Konak, İzmir, was conceived by a commitment to both safety and sophisticated design. Initiated in response to residents' concerns over seismic safety, the redevelopment focused on modernizing the structure to meet contemporary standards while ensuring long-term resilience. The architectural form was shaped by zoning regulations and the unique needs of the residents, resulting in a design that feels both functional and contextually relevant. Aesthetically, the residence embraces a modern yet timeless concept, blending clean lines, natural textures, and refined materials to create an elegant facade that harmonizes with its urban surroundings.
